Couples massage is a massage experience for two that has real benefits, for physical, mental, and relationship health. Ultimately, a couples massage is a shared experience – a massage for two people, at the same time, in the same private room, but on two separate massage tables and performed by two massage therapists. The massage therapists will start at the same time and coordinate the treatment for the couple.

About the Ayurveda Counselor
Susana is a Certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor and a Certified Yoga Teacher. She discovered her true path when one of her Tae Kwon Do masters introduced her into spirituality almost 10 years ago where she discovered her love and the healing powers of yoga. She is now a certified yoga teacher specializing in Hatha and restorative yoga styles. In 2018, she discovered Ayurveda, the holistic medicine from India, which she studied and experienced first hand while taking additional courses in Rishikesh and doing her Ayurveda internship at a Kerala Ayurveda hospital, during her trips to India.
Proper Nutrition is the basis for optimum health and wellbeing. Holistic nutrition is the modern natural approach to developing a healthy balanced diet while taking into account the person as whole. Holistic nutrition is considered to be part of holistic health.
