MEDITATION & BREATHWORK

Through dialogue and direct experience, we will explore foundational principles, practical techniques, and transformative applications of meditation and breathwork for the mind, body, and spirit.

The day is divided into two sessions: the first focused on foundational understanding and core methodologies; the second exploring the scientific and spiritual dimensions of practice, energetic systems, and integrative applications.

Session 1: FOUNDATIONS, SCIENCE & CORE METHODOLOGIES

An exploration of meditation beyond what we think we already know. Let’s return to the foundational principles: awareness, attention, presence, and inner observation to deepen both our understanding and direct experience of meditation as a spiritual and embodied practice, or what yoga describes as union.

 About Vajra Luz

Vajra has 25 years of dedicated yoga and meditation
practice, including five years as a renunciant monk in a
traditional yogic ashram. The primary focus is
breathwork and meditation as daily tools for integration
and gateways to stillness, clarity, and resilience.


Weaving these practices into Hatha-Vinyasa, Yin, and
Restorative yoga supports presence, nervous system
balance, and holistic well-being. Vajra offers a grounded
and heart-centered approach to inner transformation,
drawing on personal experience, timeless wisdom, and
a modern understanding of the body-mind connection
