I've been doing yoga at this studio for many years now, I can't believe I didn't take the time to write this review yet! Oh well, better late than never!
I love how knowledgeable and caring the instructors are, especially Victoria! There are many yoga studios in Miami but most instructors don't really know what they are doing (or don't really care?) and that's extremely dangerous. Fortunately this is not the case there! The vibe there is soooo soothing and relaxing plus there is free parking in the vicinity which is very rare for South Beach! The location is great, you can go get a smoothie or full meal at whole foods after your work out and the studio is super spacious and well equipped. Every now and then they host cool meditation, Indian musical events amongst other cool "transcendental" stuff! Thank you Victoria for making me strong inside and out! Namaste!!

Amazing Yoga Studio, the people there are the best. I have practiced yoga there, and I've found the teachers there to be truly genuine in their approach to teaching yoga. I received the most incredible massage and Reiko synergy therapy that you can't find anywhere else. I literally got an injury the night before my therapy and my friends told me I healed up my bruise dramatically right after the session. I recently went to a Reiki healing circle there and the facilitator Sally was the love and light I needed at the time, and I am truly grateful. I really recommend this Yoga studio, it's been in Miami Beach for a long time and it has a strong tradition of teaching yoga in Miami. I'm not only giving this studio 5 stars for great yoga, but for all the events by donation it provides to help improve an already great community. Thank you so much Synergy!

A standout among the many yoga studios in Miami Beach. Small, intimate classes for all levels. A 7:30 pm class fits perfectly into my workweek schedule. Hot yin yoga and slow flow are my faves.
