Meditation is a powerful tool to connect you with your own innate goodness, wisdom and inner peace.

 Meditation practice brings awareness and unity to the body, mind and heart, allowing you to remember who you truly are. By creating peace and balance inside yourself we are also creating more peace and balance in the world around us. Please join me on a journey to Inner Peace.
During the class there will be meditation instructions and wisdom teachings, guided meditation, sound healing and a community conversation with Q&A.
