These classes are mix-level, accessible to all healthy yoga practitioners with a prior regular yoga practice (regardless of previous practice style background). Classes will offer new insights to novice practitioners, while offering challenges to even the most seasoned yogis.

ABOUT Andrey Lappa:
Andrey Lappa is one of the most influential yoga masters to have emerged from the post-Soviet era.
