Jorge Cereceda is a facilitator of sacred sound experiences and inner connection and a founder of Munday Healing. His relationship with music goes from childhood with the piano and the flute. The year 2000 reconnects with tribal music and begins his immersion in ancient Peruvian instruments and traditional medicine rituals. Exploration that inspires the vibration and shamanic songs that he shares in his sound offerings. He currently lives in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Cusco. Peru. Works promoting well-being and the regeneration of ecosystems.

Jorge’s lifelong love of music has led him to exploring the healing science of vibration and musical shamanism, and he finds great joy in sharing his sound offerings through the voice and ancient flutes.

Synergy is the oldest and first Yoga Studio in Miami Beach, having served the community for over 20 years with a variety of traditional Yoga styles, teachings and the healing arts. Synergy Yoga was originally founded by Gaia Budhai in 1995, with an emphasis on creating community.

We offer over 50 classes per week, with a unique selection of the most refined styles in Yoga. These styles include Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Slow & Restore, Yin Yoga, Universal Yoga and others.
Slow & Restore and Pre-Natal classes are available for mothers or new students or individuals with back pain or injuries.
Other classes such as Meditation/Sound Bath Healing, Hot Yoga, Power Yoga and Kids Yoga are also available.
