We are creating a natural and confidential container where you can give your inner child a new sense of power and strength.

We are holding space to learn skills that will give your inner child new nurturing agreements, helping you to build healthier relationships with yourself and others

Three facilitators come together to offer educational tools, guided imaginary and interactive exercises, that will help you reclaim and heal your wounded child.

is an ERYT500 Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher.
She provides Reiki and Chakra attunement healing services.

She combines her studies in traditional Psychology,
Trauma informed, Transpersonal coaching, her tools as a Group Facilitator and her passion for introspective transformative work to curate an integrative journey, guiding paths into leadership.

*CATIA DOS SANTOS @Mulher_Arara
is a medicine woman who has found her medicine in the spiritual lineage of shamanism through voice, music & art. In 2019 she formed the Medicine Music Band Aliança Divina.

She is a guardian of the ancestral wisdom of the Sacred Divine Feminine movement as a facilitator of women's circles, Vocal and Womb activations, a Sound healer, Shamanic Dance, and Art Therapist facilitator.

*VICTORIA BRUNACCI @victoriabyoga
is the Director of Synergy Yoga on Miami Beach and leads Yoga Training's and retreats worldwide.

Victoria is truly skilled in integrating a great variety of Yoga modalities, Healing therapies and Medicinal practices with the intention of bringing awareness and raising consciousness on the planet.

Synergy is the oldest and first Yoga Studio in Miami Beach, having served the community for over 20 years with a variety of traditional Yoga styles, teachings and the healing arts. Synergy Yoga was originally founded by Gaia Budhai in 1995, with an emphasis on creating community.

Slow & Restore and Pre-Natal classes are available for mothers or new students or individuals with back pain or injuries.
