After completing ALL three parts (LEVELS 1-3) this program meets the Yoga Alliance 300-RYT requirements for professional yoga teaching hours, yet far exceeds the requirements in subject and course content. Ideal for yoga practitioners who wish to deepen their understanding/practice of yoga, serious students who are committed to the study of yoga and wish to become professional yoga teachers, and current teachers who seek to expand their teaching beyond their one yoga style (ability to teach multiple sub-styles for deeper understanding and greater marketability, and accumulating additional hours for 500 E-RYT certification).
 
DAILY SCHEDULE OF EACH 12 DAYS PART:
1st-10th days:
8am-8:45am - Shiva Nata Practice
8:45am-9:00 am - Break
9:00am-12:00 - Different sequences of Asana Practice
12:00 noon - 1:0 pm - Lunch Break
1 pm - 6 pm Lecture (short breaks included)
11th day:
8:00 am - 11:00 am - morning Asana practice only and the rest of the day is free time for preparation for exam
12th day:
Preparation for exam and exam itself during 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
19:00 - Group dinner.

Students missed more then 8 hours of one 100 hours part will not aloud to take exam and will need to repeat this part in full again.

Exam can be done at the announced day and time by all group of students together only and taking exam at individual time will not be possible.

-This course is suitable for all dedicated students, aspiring yoga teachers, and current teachers seeking advanced certification.
 
This program is very demanding, both emotionally and physically. Commitment, determination and good health are basic requisites. Students must be prepared to make personal sacrifices in order to achieve 100% course attendance.
 
Students seeking Universal Yoga teacher certification must:
 
1-Have a minimum of one year of yoga practice experience (any style).
2-A minimum of two months of Universal Yoga practice experience (recommended).
3-Have a passion to learn and to explore the deeper dimensions of yoga.
4-Be free of major injuries going into the program (students with minor, but recurring injuries must inform the teacher of their condition).
5-Be fully committed to 100% attendance.
6-Be willing and able to forego most of their personal and professional commitments during the course.

Students not seeking Universal Yoga teacher certification, can skip any parts of the program as they wish paying full price of the program. A portion of their full payment is not refundable in case of some part of the program skipping by students.

Andrey Lappa Miami
Andrey Lappa is a celebrated yoga master with world-wide credentials having practiced, studied and taught yoga for almost 40 years. He is the creator of the Universal Yoga System and many of the arm asanas now commonly seen throughout the world. He was the first yoga practitioner to emerge from the post-soviet era (Ukraine) that studied extensively with both BKS Iyengar, K. Pattabhi Jois, and the many yoga-masters who prefer to remain off the world-stage.

Andrey Lappa is one of the most influential yoga masters to have emerged from the post-Soviet era. WHAT IS UNIVERSAL YOGA?

Universal Yoga is a multi-faceted system of techniques that are used intelligently for the purpose of furthering ones' spiritual growth. We offer over 50 classes per week taught both in-person and online, with a unique selection of the most refined styles in Yoga. These styles include Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Tantra, Bhakti, Yin Yoga, Universal Yoga and others.
Gentle, Slow Flow, Yoga Basic, Restore and Renew, and Pre-Natal classes are available for mothers or new students or individuals with back pain or injuries.
