In this weekend workshop we will take a good look at to how to remove some of the doubt and uncertainty which we often meet in our practice and which stands in the way for giving ourselves fully to the practice. How do we find a steady and comfortable practice when it so often feels difficult and strenuous., driven by discipline and will-power?

We will be touching subjects such as

"I squeeze my anus - is that moolabandha?"
"How can breathing help my marichyasana D?
"Is it dangerous to strech my knees?"
"What should I be doing when adjusted?"
"I have two teachers - that certainly must be double good?"
"I love yoga - should I quit my day job?

Whatever questions might be roaming within you. In words and movement, anatomy and philosophy; we will dive into the building blocks that set us up for a free-flowing, healthy and 'juicy' practice. Come - and bring your questions.
