Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic, scientific, purposeful approach using principles that synchronize breath and movement linking the body to the mind. the physical work then affects the subtle layers and the nervous system, essential for yoga, creating profound results and a foundation for approaching all aspects of life.

Angelique has been an instructor of the Ashtanga yoga method for nearly four years. She has studied with Paul Dallaghan, David Keil and Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and his grandson Sharath Rangaswami in Mysore, India.

Transformational Breathing
An evening workshop with Gaia Budhai

Come and experience the Transformational Breath. This breathing technique is a powerful method used for opening and correcting restricted patterns. By utilizing the transformational breathing technique, we access and clear repressed traumas. The results are astounding. Once the breath is opened and the breathing rythm restored, a new awereness of greater love and joy is realized as higher states of consciousness are achieved.

Gaia Budhai is a transformational Breath Work practitioner trained by Judith Kravitz, the developer and founder of Transformational Breath therapy. She has achieved proficiency in the practice and teaching of Trance Dance, Yoga, Primal Theatre and meditation as well as Transformational Breathing. Kids Camp Session 1

Synergy Kids Camp is dedicated to nurturing the development of mind, body, and spiritual growth of children during the most fundamental years. We at Synergy Kids Camp are highly qualified, motivated and passionate about working closely with our kids. Children crave movement and sensory motor stimulus. Yoga and creative arts help to channel these impulses in a positive way. They help instill calm, confidence and balance.

Here at Synergy Healing Arts we have designed a program for children that supports recent scientific studies stating an importance in movement, music, and creative arts in the development of healthy children. Research has also shown that the healing arts increases children’s attention span and concentration.
Children participating in this program will be instructed by highly qualified instructors in each specific field. At Synergy Kids Camp the students will learn a variety of skills in an open, friendly, noncompetitive environment. Through yoga, music, movement and art it will nurture the child’s creative spirit and strengthen their body and mind.

Each session concludes with an evening of performance and art by the students and faculty.
