Anusara Yoga
Anusara is an open-heart style that means to "flow with grace".   It uses the 5 universal principles of alignment with vinyasa, so one can align with nature and have an awakening of spirit.  The classes are fun, challenging, and, inspirational.  Open to all levels.

Ashtanga Yoga
The classic primary series as taught by Pattabhi Jois. The Ashtanga student loves discipline, exertion and challenges. Pushes students to move forward in their development. Fast paced. Builds strength and endurance.

Dynamic Hatha Yoga
This class is fun and challenging, comprised of the dynamic flow sequencing of classical asanas [poses], a core floor workout, a deeply therapeutic hip and shoulder opening sequence, traditional vinyasic finishing practice, meditation.

Iyengar Yoga
Therapeutic yoga. Makes use of props, like belts and blocks, to assist the student and extend the reach. Builds a precise and detailed awareness of body movement and treatment for specific injuries and ailments. Slow paced. All levels.

Jivamukti Yoga
A vigorous and challenging form of vinyasa asana practice (flowing postures). Original scriptures are cited, Sanskrit is chanted and meditation is part of every class.

Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic, creative and energizing form of yoga.  It is especially suited to the needs of busy people who want to stay calm, bright, and centered in a high-energy world.  This deep and profound practice is a sacred science, known as the Yoga of Awareness, which focuses on physical exercises, breathing, meditation, mantra and relaxation.  It is for beginners and advanced students alike.  Perfect for anyone looking to get a deeper understanding of his or her mind, body and spirit, and, therefore, lead a more happy, prosperous and fuller life. 

Meditation
Meditation is simply a willingness to witness. It is an invitation to watch yourself -your mind, your emotions, your body and environment - without reacting to what you observe. It is an invitation to get to know yourself honestly and sincerely, to make friends with yourself. It is an invitation for you to live in the present moment.

Open Yoga

A new experience every class. Vinyasa based class that may focus on any of a variety of areas depending on the teacher. Focus areas might include bandhas, or pranayama, or a specific series of postures like inversions, twists or areas of the body like the back or the legs, etc. Always a surprise; always a workout.

Pilates
"Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness." -- Joseph Pilates

Pilates delivers simultaneous stretching and strengthening in a non-impact balanced system of body/ mind exercise with a focus on the abdominal muscles. The result: lengthens the body, corrects posture, relieves stress and back pain. It will teach you about coordination, balance, and greater body awareness. Pilates makes everything you do "better."

Power Yoga
A great workout for the fitness guru in you. Challenges body, mind, and sprit to grow expand and develop. You'll sweat, and move, and come out feeling great! A vigorous graceful flowing asana routine. Open to everyone who is in relatively good physical condition.

Prenatal Yoga
By cultivating mindness, strength and awareness, you can prepare for the new
transformation in your life! Being in the community of mothers-to be, working on both strength and relaxation can be both exciting and calming. A balanced array of breathing, warmups and asanas are included in each class to better prepare you for a healthy pregnancy, birth and mothering. No prior yoga experience is necessary.


Sivananda Yoga

Based on the work of Swami Sivananda and developed by Swami Vishnu Devananda , the series is flowing, restful and challenging. Featuring the headstand and other inversions, as well as bends and twists, the series will lengthen and strengthen you. Your balance & flexibility will improve. You are guaranteed to feel refreshed and relaxed.

Sweaty Yoga
Preset series performed in a heated room. You haven't sweated until you've experienced sweaty yoga. People become addicted. It's the best workout of your life! It'll make you feel great.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an internal martial art which originated in China and is widely practiced throughout the world for health, exercise and relaxation benefits. It develops breathing, flexibility, and endurance, promotes balance and concentration, reduces stress and promotes integration of mind body and spirit.

Tai Chi - Beginning Level
This class teaches Tai Chi warmups and "The 8 pieces of Brocade" Chi Gung exercise and guides you through the first form of Yang Style Tai chi (24 postures). It concentrates on Tai Chi fundamentals: Tai chi breathing, Developing Chi, Moving Chi, Body Mechanics and alignment, Standard Tai Chi postures, Principles of Tai Chi Movement, Developing Balance. This class will give you a basic and solid understanding of "Tai Chi" with an emphasis on health.

Vinyasa Yoga
Based on Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga emphasizes flow in an unstructured way. It combines movement with breathing to cleanse the body, to recharge it with vital energy and to help you experience dynamic meditation.

Yogic Arts™
Yogic Arts™ integrates the core strength and joint conditioning elements of Buddhist Gung-Fu [healing martial arts], the fluidity and purification of Ashtanga Vinyasa [breathmotion yoga], and the healing touch of traditional Thai Therapy [yoga massage]. The Yogic Arts system is comprised of the sequencing of classical standing asanas [poses], infused with martial art and modern dance stance integrations, therapeutic kicking drills, a core floor workout and the bio-energetic restructuring of the Thai-Shiatsu massage therapies. .
