Anusara Yoga
Anusara is an open-heart style that means to "flow with grace". It uses the 5 universal principles of alignment with vinyasa, so one can align with nature and have an awakening of spirit. The classes are fun, challenging, and, inspirational. Open to all levels.
Ashtanga Yoga
The classic primary series as taught by Pattabhi Jois. The Ashtanga student loves discipline, exertion and challenges. Pushes students to move forward in their development. Fast paced. Builds strength and endurance.
Dynamic Hatha Yoga
This class is fun and challenging, comprised of the dynamic flow sequencing of classical asanas [poses], a core floor workout, a deeply therapeutic hip and shoulder opening sequence, traditional vinyasic finishing practice, meditation.
Iyengar Yoga
Therapeutic yoga. Makes use of props, like belts and blocks, to assist the student and extend the reach. Builds a precise and detailed awareness of body movement and treatment for specific injuries and ailments. Slow paced. All levels.
Jivamukti Yoga
A vigorous and challenging
form of vinyasa asana practice (flowing postures).
Original scriptures are cited, Sanskrit is chanted
and meditation is part of every class.
Kundalini Yoga

Meditation

Open Yoga
A new experience
every class. Vinyasa based class that may focus
on any of a variety of areas depending on the
teacher. Focus areas might include bandhas, or
pranayama, or a specific series of postures like
inversions, twists or areas of the body like the
back or the legs, etc. Always a surprise; always
a workout.

Prenatal Yoga

Sivananda Yoga
Based on the work
of Swami Sivananda and developed by Swami Vishnu
Devananda , the series is flowing, restful and
challenging. Featuring the headstand and other
inversions, as well as bends and twists, the series
will lengthen and strengthen you. Your balance
& flexibility will improve. You are guaranteed
to feel refreshed and relaxed.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an internal martial art which originated in China and is widely practiced throughout the world for health, exercise and relaxation benefits. It develops breathing, flexibility, and endurance, promotes balance and concentration, reduces stress and promotes integration of mind body and spirit.
Tai Chi - Beginning Level
This class teaches Tai Chi warmups and "The 8 pieces of Brocade" Chi Gung exercise and guides you through the first form of Yang Style Tai chi (24 postures). It concentrates on Tai Chi fundamentals: Tai chi breathing, Developing Chi, Moving Chi, Body Mechanics and alignment, Standard Tai Chi postures, Principles of Tai Chi Movement, Developing Balance. This class will give you a basic and solid understanding of "Tai Chi" with an emphasis on health.
Vinyasa Yoga
Based on Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga emphasizes flow in an unstructured way. It combines movement with breathing to cleanse the body, to recharge it with vital energy and to help you experience dynamic meditation.
