Classes range from traditional ashtanga, Iyengar and Sivananda-based disciplines, to basic yoga and beach yoga. As a healing arts center, Synergy also provides services in yoga therapy, reiki and other bodywork modalities. Throughout the year, Synergy also offers a myriad of courses, workshops and events ranging from pranayama, meditation, thai massage and Qigong workshops to chanting sessions with renown musical artists.

Synergy has been training yoga instructors since 1998. Our Teacher Training Course includes instruction in the Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Sivananda styles of yoga in 250 hours of classroom training over a 3 1/2 month period, which includes internship, practice teaching to the public. Synergy is a Yoga Alliance Registered school. Our teachers are well trained in yogic philosophy, as well as in class presentation. The course focuses on personal growth.
